Vans Syndicate x Streetmachine

Helgen som gick stod värd för lanseringen av samarbetet mellan den Köpenhamnsbaserade skateboardbutiken Streetmachine och Vans. Tillsammans har man tagit fram tre versioner av Vans klassiska modell Old Skool med färgsättning inspirerad av klassiska spots runt om staden. Till detta producerar man tre filmer för att promota släppet och idag lanserades den första av dessa innehållandes Nicky Guerrero i sin naturliga miljö på Wonderland, Christiania.

Vans Syndicate and Streetmachine are proud to announce the launch of their first project together. Syndicate represents Vans’ premium skateboarding line and is available exclusively in selected skate stores. Streetmachine (1989) is one of Europe’s oldest skateboard retailers and has helped build the Copenhagen skate scene for over 13 years.

The 3-shoe collaboration sees the classic Old Skool silhouette sporting colourways directly inspired by three iconic Copenhagen skate spots. Here we have the Wonderland show; the design driven by the legendary bowl in the counter-culture heart of Christiania and legendary skateboarder Nicky Guerrero who absolutely killed the bowl during the filming for this.

Constructed using premium Vans syndicate materials, these feature a full-suede upper and Co-Molded PU footbeds with ImpactSorb gel pads for increased impact support.

Available exclusively from Streetmachine, the Vans x Streetmachine Old Skool will go on sale June 8th, 10am.
